My ability to adapt and commitment to lifelong learning made this transition easier.

I integrate real-world scenarios by designing simulations and case studies based on my experiences in law enforcement and intelligence. For example, I developed an eLearning module on counter-narcotrafficking strategies, including interactive case studies mirroring actual investigations. These scenarios allow learners to practice decision-making and problem-solving in realistic settings, enhancing their practical skills.

My combined expertise allows me to deliver authoritative and engaging content.
